Scott serves as a client adviser for various regional and national businesses. In this role, he is responsible for designing and implementing association group insurance programs, as well as risk management programs and captive arrangements. Additionally, he provides educational training and quality management initiatives. Leveraging his expertise in healthcare, real estate, construction, and other sectors, Scott assists clients in managing and financing their commercial and human capital risks.

Ty has over 20 years of experience as an agency owner and a carrier sales representative for top-level insurance companies. He is a married family man with two beautiful daughters: Elle, who is attending the University of Oregon, and Maggie, a senior at Lake Oswego High School. In his free time, Ty loves to golf and enjoys traveling, boating, and cheering on his favorite teams, the Oregon Ducks and the LA Chargers. GO DUCKS & BOLT UP!

Cameron Reese

Employee Benefit Consultant

Cameron Reese brings a comprehensive perspective to employee benefits consulting, leveraging his extensive experience from both sides of the industry. With three years as an employee benefits consultant and prior experience working on the carrier side, Cameron possesses a unique understanding of how insurance products are developed, priced, and delivered to the market.


In his current role as an employee benefits broker, Cameron specializes in designing and implementing group health and medical insurance plans for employers of all sizes. He works closely with businesses to assess their workforce needs, budget constraints, and coverage objectives to develop customized benefits packages that attract and retain top talent while managing costs effectively.


Cameron's carrier-side background provides him with valuable insights into underwriting processes, product features, and pricing strategies, enabling him to negotiate favorable terms for his clients and navigate complex insurance landscapes with confidence. He focuses on building long-term partnerships with employers, providing ongoing support for plan administration, employee enrollment, compliance issues, and claims management.


His dual perspective—understanding both the insurance carrier's business model and the employer's operational needs—allows Cameron to serve as a trusted advisor who can translate complex insurance concepts into practical solutions that drive real value for organizations and their employees.
