Managing Partner

Scott serves as a client adviser for various regional and national businesses. In this role, he is responsible for designing and implementing association group insurance programs, as well as risk management programs and captive arrangements. Additionally, he provides educational training and quality management initiatives. Leveraging his expertise in healthcare, real estate, construction, and other sectors, Scott assists clients in managing and financing their commercial and human capital risks.

Ty Lockard

President- Personal Lines

Ty has over 20 years of experience as an agency owner and a carrier sales representative for top-level insurance companies. He is a married family man with two beautiful daughters: Elle, who is attending the University of Oregon, and Maggie, a senior at Lake Oswego High School. In his free time, Ty loves to golf and enjoys traveling, boating, and cheering on his favorite teams, the Oregon Ducks and the LA Chargers. GO DUCKS & BOLT UP!

Cameron Reese

Cameron Reese is an employee benefits broker with a well-rounded background in both consulting and the carrier side of the insurance industry. With three years of experience as a benefits consultant and prior work in insurance underwriting and product development, he brings a deep understanding of how plans are designed, priced, and delivered. Cameron specializes in creating customized group health and medical insurance solutions that balance cost control with employee satisfaction. His dual perspective enables him to negotiate effectively, simplify complex insurance concepts, and provide ongoing support in plan administration, compliance, and claims—making him a trusted advisor to employers of all sizes.
