Do the Best Work of Your Career — Where It Actually Matters

Echo Assurance is a boutique insurance brokerage with a focused mission: change how risk is perceived, priced, and financed in senior living and long-term care. We’re small on purpose. Every person here works directly with clients, directly with carriers, and directly on outcomes that matter — no layers, no bureaucracy, no being a small cog in a giant machine.

Why a Boutique Beats a Giant

  • Direct impact. You’ll know every client, argue every claim, and see exactly how your work moves pricing and outcomes.
  • No bureaucracy. Decisions happen in the room, not three committees up.
  • Build something. We’re growing a firm that’s redefining its niche — not maintaining someone else’s book.
  • Learn the business end to end. At a boutique, you don’t get siloed into one function. You learn underwriting, claims, client strategy, and operations.

How We Work

We think like underwriters and act like owners. Our values aren’t wall art — they’re how we operate:

  • Integrity — say what you’ll do, do what you said.
  • Transparency — with clients, carriers, and each other.
  • Stewardship — treat every account like it’s our own money on the line.
  • Excellence — the details are the job.
  • Curiosity — keep learning the operations behind the risks.

Roles We’re Always Looking For

We don’t always have posted openings, but we’re always looking for exceptional people in these roles. If this is you, introduce yourself — even if you don’t see a job listing.

Insurance Producers

Producers who want to own senior living and long-term care as a specialty — not one line among forty. You’ll build real relationships with operators, learn their businesses from the inside, and represent them in the insurance market with evidence, not just applications. If you want to be the best at something specific instead of adequate at everything, this is your lane.

Client Managers

Client managers who treat every account like it’s their own money on the line. You’ll run the day-to-day for senior living operators — renewals, endorsements, certificates, carrier follow-up — and be the person clients call first because they trust your answers. Detail-obsessed, responsive, and proud of it.

Risk Consultants

Risk consultants who’d rather prevent losses than process them. You’ll walk buildings, study operations, and help operators see the risks hiding in their routines — then build the risk maps and improvement plans that change how carriers price them. Part detective, part teacher, all practitioner.

Claims Consultants — All Lines

Claims consultants across property, casualty, professional liability, and workers’ comp who know that how a claim is handled in the first 48 hours shapes its outcome for years. You’ll advocate for clients from first notice through resolution, and turn every claim into a lesson that makes the next one better.

Senior Living Clinical Consultants

Clinicians who understand that great care and great risk outcomes are the same thing. You’ll bring bedside and operational credibility to our client work — helping operators connect quality, staffing, and survey performance to their insurance story. If you’ve led care teams and want your expertise to protect whole organizations, talk to us.

Actuaries and Analytics Talent

Actuaries and analytically minded people who want their models to move real money. You’ll help us quantify risk, close the gap between how carriers perceive senior living and what the data actually shows, and build the evidence base that wins better pricing for operators. Your work won’t sit in a deck — it’ll sit in front of underwriters.

Insurance Technology

Insurance technologists who want to build tools people actually use. We’re investing in the systems that let a boutique punch above its weight — client portals, data pipelines, benchmarking, automation. If you want to ship real products for a real industry instead of tickets for a giant, you’ll like it here.

Grow Yourself, Serve an Industry That Serves Seniors

Senior living is one of the few industries where your work directly protects vulnerable people and the organizations that care for them. At Echo, you’ll grow faster than you would at a large firm — broader responsibility earlier, direct access to clients and carriers, and a team that invests in making you better at what you do.
